In Fall 2020, legendary marimbist, Makoto Nakura released his recording entitled “Bach Parallels” of Lasser’s “Bach Echoes” a hybrid Variation set on Bach’s A minor Flute Partita BWV 1013 for Grand Vibraphone.
In November 2020, pianist Simone Dinnerstein performed Philip Lasser’s transcription of Bach’s Chorale Prelude Erbarm’ Dich (BWV 721) for Piano and Strings with the Boulder Symphony Orchestra. Listen here
